Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
